Very tasty, fresh, healthy lunch! A great find on my way thru Rockwood.

Slightly more sophisticated comfort food prepared exceptionally well. Everything tastes exactly like you would hope it does. We'll be back :)

Thank you Leo for your great customer service. Number 5 Butter chicken w/ basmati rice and Number 1 Penne with chicken are amazing. Ice cappuccino is also a must.Hidden Gem and a must go to place if you are around the area.

Nice, homey place. Great cookies and coffee. I had a ham and cheese sandwich, which was quite good. The waitress was very helpful.

What a joy!!!! This river-side café is amazing and affordable. Their wraps??? So good! There is even a great vegan option! My family is happy we stopped here on our way on through.

I've been here several times while visiting Ontario (from Vancouver). I've always had a great experience. The espresso is made fresh and is strong with a proper espresso machine, the food is all made fresh (Breakfast/Lunch options: soups, sandwiches, wraps, etc) and the baking offers a great snack (even Gluten Free options: bars etc). The people working in there have always been super friendly and love to chat with customers. Definitely worth a stop if you happen to be in Rockwood!

Fast friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere with excellent lunch menu

Walked in and the owner told us we couldn't stay. Asked him if there was a reservation or something and he said no but he has regulars and they "may" be coming. I've never experienced someone being so rude to potential customers for no reason. Walked right out.

Ordered two coffees and went to sit down and was told to sit outside as they are busy with lunch crowd. First and last time I will go here! How rude! The outside chairs were flithy. Very poor customer service! Coffee was overpriced $2.25 for a medium coffee.

Very good lunch, homemade soup and quiche. Very reasonable

Poor service. Owner kicked out an elderly man because he was using up a 2 person table his 'regulars' would need. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. To top it off, there was no ice in iced coffee.

Food is good. Staff is friendly. Place has character. It's clean.

Leo and Jenn are always welcoming and the coffee and food is fantastic. If it sounds good to you, go ahead and order it. You won't be disappointed!

Owner does not like big groups. We must’ve had a group of about 8. There was still a few tables available, so there wasn’t a reason for him to feel like he’d loose out on other potential customers or something. Was rude and sarcastic to everyone in my group whose first language isn't English, except with me because I was only one in the group who is Canadian born. Seemed not to like that we spoke Spanish amongst ourselves, always gave us this stank/cut eye. Food portions were fairly small, but tasted good. Although the menu posted up on the wall had a variety of options to choose from, there were very limited when ordering. Rushed, didn’t feel confortable the entire stay. The young waitress (perhaps the Owners daughter) was really nice and attentive. It's too bad because the environment is nice and cozy.

Organic coffee, hot soups and delicious baked goods. Good place for a healthy and hearty lunch.

Warm service that greets you and give you fresh coffee from the moment you walk in! Breakfast was rattled off by the owner but when it was served, wow, just absolutely delish. If you need a pick-me-up after a bad day or just a nice perk on a fall morning, this is the place to go

Everything about this wonderful cafe was excellent! The food, the coffee, the cafe, the cleanliness and the atmosphere itself and above all the owner/cook Leo. The best sheppards pie, soups, sandwiches and a whole host of delicious daily specials. Open until 3 pm -don't miss it!!

The food is excellent. Ambience is very relaxed and comfy. Great place to bring a book or work on your laptop.
